Charcoal Grill - Burlington

The Burlington Charcoal Grill hosted a family gathering for me, in celebration of my wife's 75th birthday. The manager (Tammy) helped me plan the menu and the food was absolutely perfect, it got compliments from all of our guests It was beautifully presented, and the service by the waitstaff was impeccable! All in all, the management, food preparation / presentation, and the waitstaff scored a 10 out of 10!

Stopped by while visiting Burlington because it was one of the first restaurants that popped up on Google and looked like it was in a nice location by the walkway by the river and looked like they had a nice menu. It did not disappoint! We loved the burger bar, service and atmosphere! Will stop by again if in the area!

Staff is very friendly and the food is great. We had a mishap one night and they fixed it right away. I enjoy their drink options and I had the French dip last time and it was delicious. Cost atmosphere.

Food was amazing we had ribs, half rotisserie chicken, fish fry, walleye fingers, chicken wings, cheese bites soo good! Service was good the staff was rushing everywhere to serve. We did have to wait a bit here and there but we understand staffing or lack of employees so we were fine with waiting.. So many good things on the menu to try we definitely will be going back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding! From start to finish, Charcoal Grill exceeded our expectations. Never disappoints. Went here before going to Adrian's. Angus burgers and fries were fantastic. Clam chowder soup was good. Had a 24 oz Summer Shandy during Happy Hour for 7. Happy Hour is certain food items for 10 and 2 off a variety of drinks.

My family and I arrived before our 11:00 reservation that I had made over a month prior for the Easter buffet brunch. We ended up waiting over an hour due to miscommunication from the hostess seating in area that we had reserved. Brunch itself and service was great! Server Nicole always goes out of her way to be helpful.

What a great restaurant. The server was very friendly and helpful. Interesting menu, great location, amazing food. They had a wonderful beer selection. I chose to order the salad, soup, and bread combo. All three were delicious! including the cinnamon butter. Yum! I highly recommend The Charcoal Grill in Burlington, Wisconsin!
